It is a strong and well-established brand thanks to a differentiated menu, iconic and well-loved products, a distinct store environment, and highly guest-centric service.

Being the exclusive Shakey's brand owner in the Philippines, we own and operate company-owned stores as well as franchise the brand, enabling us to branch out to second- and third-tier cities.

We likewise own the Shakey's rights in the Middle East, Asia (excluding Japan and Malaysia), China, Australia, and New Zealand, allowing us to bring great times and great memories to regions outside the country.

Acquired in 2019, Peri-Peri is an emerging fast-casual and full-service restaurant brand in the Philippines that is famous for its charcoal grilled chicken and variety of specialty sauces that make use of a distinct African bird's eye chili called 'piri-piri', which releases a fiery spice and helps create a wealth of flavors in every dish. Over the years, the brand has gained much traction, appealing to Filipinos' love for both poultry and strong distinctive taste.

Potato Corner is one of the leading kiosk-based food brands in the Philippines and the undisputed leader in flavored fries. It is the top-of-mind entry point for budding entrepreneurs and has seen its business expand in the Philippines and overseas.

Potato Corner opened its first outlet in the Philippines in October 1992 and began franchising the year after. Today, it has grown from small carts into in-line stores found in almost every corner of the world - in malls, schools, hospitals, bus stations, amusement parks, and even tourist destinations in multiple countries. The brand was acquired by PIZZA in 2022.

In 2020, PIZZA entered into a master franchise agreement to bring R&B milk tea to the Philippines. R&B is one of the leading milk tea and bubble tea players in Singapore. It currently has more than 1,000 outlets worldwide, spanning across China, US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Company was awarded the territorial rights to sell R&B milk tea, bubble tea, and other specialty tea drinks in the country, through stand-alone store formats and co-branding in select Shakey's and Peri outlets. This co-branding strategy allows PIZZA to leverage on its well-established store network throughout the Philippines, and its strong delivery presence thanks to an already established in-house delivery infrastructure.

An artisan pizza concept brought to the Philippines in 2013, Project Pie is well-known for its build-your-own pizzas. The brand was relaunched in 2021 and opened its doors in Shopwise, a hypermarket by Gokongwei-led Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc.

The company was established in 2005 by the Prieto family who also owns Shakey's, Mix Plant, and Dunkin Donuts. The company was previously located at AFP-RSBS Industrial Park, corner C5, East Service Road, Bicutan, Taguig City.
